We are seeking experienced Field Service Manager with excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with us. We are leaders in the device repair industry, providing repairs on cracked screens, as well as other common issues with iPhones and other smartphones. We are looking for talented and highly motivated Field Manager ready to move quickly with a focus on customer experience, quality, safety and other key performance indicators.
The primary job is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Ensures availability of parts by coordinating with inventory manager.
Maintains the stability and reputation of Dr. Cell Phone by complying with legal requirements.
Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum years of required experience: 2+ years
Ability to work flexible shifts, adapt to changing work schedules, and possible weekend shifts
Proven customer services and sales experience
Extensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Track record of over-achieving quota
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Minimum education requirements: Minimum 1 year college in Sales, Marketing or related field
